This course is intended to give participants an understanding of the Creator role for Payment Request Documents (PRDs) and the related online process through the introduction of related terms and concepts.

This course is taught online and fulfills one portion of the two-part PDR Creator training requirement.

Course Learning Objectives:      

• Understand basic functions of the Payment Request Document and how the PRD relates to other University procurement roles
• Create a Payment Request Document
• Understand One-Time Payments
• Understand multiple accounting scenarios that may apply to the PRD
• Understand approval process
