Position Budget Control (PBC) Help
The Position Budget Control functionality consists of two infotypes in IRIS. The Position Budget Infotype (9201) provides information from the position point of view and can display different budget types: revised, annual, and original. The Employee Encumbrance Infotype (9016) provides detailed information about the salaries and benefits to be encumbered. The encumbrance amounts are based on current salary and benefit enrollment.
