These courses are intended as an introduction to the new Online Performance Evaluation form.

  1. The first course, SS_PM_200 Online PE Planning Process, covers the planning process up to the review process. Content includes:       
    • Access and navigate the PE
    • Review and acknowledge PE information
    • Record performance information into PE

  2. (Not Available Yet) The second course, SS_PM_210 Online PE Review Process, covers the evaluation process through the self-evaluation and the year-end evaluation by the manager. Content includes:       
    • Record performance information into PE
    • Complete self-assessment
    • Participate in year-end review
