These courses are intended as an introduction to the new Online Performance Evaluation form.

1. The first course, Online PE Planning Process for Managers, covers the evaluation process from the beginning of the year through the planning process and entering comments throughout the year. Content includes:       
   • Access and navigate your employee's PEs
   • Enter and review essential functions and job standards
   • Record performance information on employee performance

2. The second course, Online PE Review Process for Managers, covers the evaluation process, including verifying the essential functions and the year-end evaluation by the manager. Content includes:       
   • Finalize essential functions
   • Complete ratings and enter comments
   • Send the evaluation for review by the employee
